Our two state-of-the-art Finnish saunas deliver authentic löyly - the smooth, radiant heat created when water meets hot stones. Each sauna is powered by 2 Torch heaters built in the USA and crafted with Finland’s TAIVE sauna system. These saunas redefine modern heat: refined, powerful, and deeply restorative.
Cold Plunges, Refined.
Our cold plunges feature multiple temperatures - 55°/45°/35° plus a 2-4 person shared plunge experience at 50°. Choose your level and progress comfortably. Clean, controlled, and professionally engineered for safety and performance.
